Nice 'n' Naughty's Return Policy - We're not happy until you're happy!

Any product that is unused/unopened can be returned to Nice 'n' Naughty using the freepost label supplied. Just send an email to returns@nicennaughty.co.uk with a short description of your reason for returning your item to see if we can assist you before you send it.

If within 30 days of your order you've decided your item is not for you, please return it to Nice 'n' Naughty HQ in the same condition as supplied for an exchange or full refund.

Simply fill in the form supplied on the back of your packing sheet, pop that and any items you want to return in their box safely, attach the label, and give to your post office. Make sure to receive a receipt as that's your proof of postage.

What should I do if my item develops a fault?

In the unlikely event that your item develops a fault, follow the same procedure as above and fill in your form accordingly. When received by Nice 'n' Naughty, we will conduct thorough testing on your item to discover the nature of the fault.

If we believe your item is fully working after our rigorous testing procedure, we may post the item back out to you. If we discover a fault, you will receive a replacement and an email to let you know it's on its way.

If you have chosen to receive a refund instead, your refund can only be processed once the item has been proven to contain a fault. You will be refunded the same day we discover the fault.

You have 6 months from the date of purchase to inform Nice 'n' Naughty of the fault. If you discover a fault after this time, Nice 'n' Naughty will do our best to help you, but you may have to refer to the manufacturer's warranty. (Contact the manufacturer direct.)

 

What happens if my item was part of a promotion or sale?

If you'd like to return your promotional items, e.g. kit or bundle, you will have to return all the items together to receive your refund.

If you'd like to keep part of your bundle or keep the free item you may have received with another purchase, Nice 'n' Naughty will deduct the amount from your refund.

If part of your bundle develops a fault, please return it to Nice 'n' Naughty as above and we will be happy to send you a replacement.

 

Can I try lingerie items on? What happens if they're the wrong size?

You are welcome to try on your new lingerie items when you receive them. Due to hygiene reasons, underwear such as thongs, boxers, panties cannot be returned once opened. Hosiery such as stockings, tights, and body stockings cannot be returned unless they contain a fault. 

This is due to the fact that they stretch to size and cannot be returned in re-sellable condition. When trying on your items, please keep your own underwear on and keep all labels and bags in-tact. Nice ’n’ Naughty cannot accept returns for items without all relevant bags and labels.

If your item doesn’t fit as expected you may return it to Nice ’n’ Naughty for an exchange or refund within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided the item is returned in the same condition as supplied. Please follow the same returns procedure as above and contact Nice 'n' Naughty with your size preference or refund request.
