Nice 'n' Naughty's Return Policy - We're not happy until you're happy!

If within 14 days of a purchase you decide to change your mind about your purchase, Nice 'n' Naughty will offer an exchange or refund (minus postage costs) provided your item is completely unused/unworn/unopened. If your item has been opened, we won't be able to offer you a refund or exchange due to hygiene reasons.

If you'd like to return your item to Nice 'n' Naughty, please contact with a brief description of your reason for returning. Returning your item is easy! Once we reply to you with your unique returns label, you can either print it at home or show your label to the post office who will print it for you! If you decide to post your item using a Royal Mail depot or a Post Office, remember to keep your receipt as proof of postage.

What should I do if my item develops a fault?

In the unlikely event that your item develops a fault, simply email and we will investigate your claim. We may then offer a printable label to return your item to us for thorough testing. Simply follow the same instructions as above and take your item to a Royal Mail depot or a Post Office location.

If we believe your item is fully working after our rigorous testing procedure, we may post the item back out to you. If we discover a fault, you will receive a replacement and an email to let you know it's on its way.

If you have chosen to receive a refund instead, your refund can only be processed once the item has been proven to contain a fault. You will be refunded the same day we discover the fault.

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to inform Nice 'n' Naughty of the fault. If you discover a fault within 6 months, Nice 'n' Naughty will do our best to help you receive a replacement/repair. Unfortunately, after this 6 month period, you will have to refer to the manufacturer's warranty.

What happens if my item was part of a promotion or sale?

If you'd like to return your promotional items, e.g. kit or bundle, you will have to return all the items together to receive your refund.

If you'd like to keep part of your bundle or keep the free item you may have received with another purchase, Nice 'n' Naughty will deduct the amount from your refund.

If part of your bundle develops a fault, please return it to Nice 'n' Naughty as above and we will be happy to send you a replacement.

Can I try lingerie items on? What happens if they're the wrong size?

You are welcome to try on your new lingerie items when you receive them. Due to hygiene reasons, underwear such as thongs, boxers, panties cannot be returned once purchased. Hosiery such as stockings, tights, and body stockings cannot be returned unless they contain a fault.

This is due to the fact that they stretch to size and cannot be returned in re-sellable condition. When trying on your items, please keep your own underwear on and keep all labels and bags in-tact. Nice ’n’ Naughty cannot accept returns for items without all relevant bags and labels.

If your item doesn’t fit as expected you may return it to Nice ’n’ Naughty for an exchange or refund within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided the item is returned in the same condition as supplied. Please follow the same returns procedure as above and contact Nice 'n' Naughty with your size preference or refund request.
