Refunds & Returns

Nice ‘n’ Naughty has a ONE YEAR NO QUIBBLE POLICY on unused and unopened items. If you change your mind about your purchase, we will refund your money. If you have ordered something by mistake or just changed your mind, you may return it to us FREE for an exchange or refund provided the product is in the same condition as originally supplied and is in resellable condition.
Faulty products or clothing items that do not fit can be returned for an exchange or repair/replacement from 6 months from the date of purchase.

FREE No Quibble Returns
European regulations give you the right to cancel an order within 7 days for a refund without giving a reason. If the order has already been despatched, the refund will be made once the product has been returned to our Returns Department. Any shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
Nice 'n' Naughty, however, go a lot further than required by law. If you have ordered something by mistake or just changed your mind, you may return it to us via Freepost in the UK for an exchange or refund provided the product is unused and unopened. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will be happy to supply an exchange or a refund less any shipping charges.
We cannot accept returns of creams, lubricants, massage oils, food items, cleaning products or condoms if they have been opened and are not faulty.
Returning lingerie, fetish clothing, costumes and footwear *
If an item of clothing or footwear doesn’t fit or isn’t quite the colour you expected, you can still return it for an exchange or refund. When trying on clothing to check out the colour and fit, please keep your underwear on, just in case you need to return it. When trying on footwear, please wear hosiery and stand on a carpeted floor to avoid marking the item.
For clothing items you must keep all tags and labels intact. If they are removed, we cannot accept the returned item.
As long as the tags and labels are intact, return the unwanted item, unused and unlaundered, and we will supply an alternative or a refund.
Footwear must be returned unworn, in mint condition, with all labels intact, otherwise no exchange or refund can be offered.
If the above conditions have not been met, or we suspect the goods have been used, we reserve the right to return the goods to you without notice.
*This is excluding all sale footwear. Sale footwear is non returnable.
Returning from outside the UK
If you wish to return items to us from outside the UK our no quibble returns policy is the same. All we ask is that if you are an international customer you pay for the postage. If the item is faulty we will reimburse the postal cost when we refund your account or when we send you a replacement item. Please keep all postal receipts/tracking numbers so we can credit you.

Returning Books
Books are non-returnable items unless they contain printing errors
Faulty items
If a product is defective, please give a full description of the fault and return it in its original box with all manuals and accessories and we will replace or repair the item for you. If the replacement/repair is not successful you can ask for an alternative item or we can refund your purchase. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact us. 
Please thoroughly clean all returned defective products and wrap them securely in a plastic bag.
All returned products are tested in-office and will be sent back to you if they are working.
Refunds will be made within 7 days of our receiving the returned product.
Refunds will be credited to your payment card. Refunds will not be paid in cash.
Refunds will not be made on items lost in the post. A replacement order will be sent free of charge. Nice 'n' Naughty will not be liable for items lost in the post that are ordered from outside the U.K. and do not use destination tracking or 'signed for' services.

To return an item
Please contact us if you have a returns enquiry with your name, order number, items to be returned and the reason for the return.
We will email you with a Freepost address form for UK returns. Freepost is not available for returns from outside the UK.
Nice ‘n’ Naughty cannot accept liability for any returns which get damaged or lost in the post, please ensure you request proof of postage from your Post Office.
Returns can take between 5-7 working days to reach us and are usually processed the same day. You will receive an email once the return arrives, has been checked and either refunded or replaced.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
