We want to make shopping at Nice 'n' Naughty Online as enjoyable, interesting and easy as possible. There are two ways of browsing the store, depending on your preference.
Order Online
On the left hand side navigation, you can shop by product category. Click on a catgegory and this takes you to easy-to-shop sub-categories in which the products are grouped to help you find what you’re looking for as quickly as possible. If you click on a product image, this will take you to the product page where you’ll find more pictures (which you can enlarge) together with all the information and details you need.
The second way to shop is to follow one of our Experience scenarios starting in the centre of the home page. These scenarios are intended to give you ideas on different sexual experiences and each scenario provides a combination of products that will enable you to live that experience.
Once you’ve found a product you want to buy, click the "Add to shopping bag" button to add it to your purchases.
The item will now be shown in your shopping bag on the top right of the screen. The total cost of selections in the shopping bag is calculated automatically. VAT is included and delivery to the UK mainland is free on all orders so there are no ‘hidden extras’ to be added later in the process. You can keep shopping until you are ready to pay. Each item is added automatically to the total so that you always see how much you have spent.
When you’ve finished shopping, click the 'Go to Checkout' link which will take you through our simple and secure payment process. The first time you use the store you will be asked to create an account. This will enable you to check the status of your order and will also make your future shopping more convenient. In addition, you can create wish lists once you have an account.
You can place an order online and pay by Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro, Solo, or American Express
Your personal details are kept secure at all times and are not shared with any other companies.

Order by Phone
You can order free over the phone by calling 0808 188 9444
The order line is open from 9.00am to 8.00pm GMT Monday to Saturday and from 10.00am to 5.00pm on Sundays and Bank Holidays, except Christmas Day, Boxing Day, Good Friday and Easter Sunday. If you call outside office hours please leave your name and number and a member of our Customer Services Team will call you back as soon as possible.
Add the items you want to purchase to your shopping bag and when you're ready to place your order click on the'Details' link to display the bag's contents. This will give you the code number for each of the products which you will be asked for so that your order is processed as quickly as possible. Simply give each code(s) to the Customer Services representative and he or she will complete the purchasing process with you. Please have your credit or debit card ready.
Order by Post
If you prefer, you can order by post and pay by cheque or postal order.
Add items to your shopping bag and, when ready to pay, click to go to the checkout. Follow the instructions and choose to pay by cheque / postal order. Continue and complete the checkout process. When finished, you will receive confirmation including an order number.
Please write the order number on the back of your cheque / postal order or on a piece of paper, together with your name and address. Please make cheques and postal orders payable to NNN Limited and quote the order number as a reference.
Your order will be despatched as soon as we receive payment.
Once you have ordered
Once the order has been placed, we will send you a confirmation email which details the products you purchased and the delivery address.
