Despatch
All orders received Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am to 3pm will be shipped the same day. If your order is placed after 3pm or on a weekend it will be shipped the next working day. If an item is out of stock, we will inform you by email immediately and quote a revised time of delivery. You will have the option of accepting the revised delivery time or cancelling the order for a full refund. Delivery times are those quoted by Royal Mail. Please contact us if your delivery in the UK or Europe is four working days later than expected. For international deliveries outside Europe please allow an additional seven days before advising us of a late delivery.
