How do I place an order?
Once you’ve found a product you want to buy, click the "Add to basket" button to add it to your purchases. 
 The item will now be shown in your shopping bag on the top right of the screen. The total cost of selections in the shopping bag is calculated automatically. VAT is included and delivery to the UK mainland is free on all orders so there are no ‘hidden extras’ to be added later in the process. You can keep shopping until you are ready to pay. Each item is added automatically to the total so that you always see how much you have spent.
When you’ve finished shopping, click the 'View Checkout' link which will take you through our simple and secure payment process.
 
The first time you use the store you will be asked to create an account. This will enable you to check the status of your order and will also make your future shopping more convenient. In addition, you can create wish lists once you have an account.
 
Can I order by phone?
You can order FREE over the phone by calling 0808 188 9444. Add the items you want to purchase to your shopping bag and, when you're ready to place your order give us a call Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. Each item has a SKU number which you will be asked for so that your order is processed as quickly as possible. Simply give each code(s) to the Customer Services representative and he or she will complete the purchasing process with you. Please have your credit or debit card ready.
 
At what times can I call the help and order line?
The help and order line is open from 9.00am to 8.00pm GMT Monday to Friday and from 10.00am to 17.00pm on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays, except Christmas Day, Boxing Day, Good Friday and Easter Sunday. If you call outside office hours please leave your name and number and a member of our Customer Services Team will call you back as soon as possible.
 
What if I make a mistake with my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you make a mistake with your order. This may be an incorrect item ordered or an incorrect size. Please contact us before 3pm and we can usually fix any mistakes before the order is despatched. Address errors need to be reported immediately for us to rectify the error before despatched. If you enter an incorrect address field and the order is shipped we will not be held responsible for the loss of the parcel. Can I order by post?
Yes, you can order by post and pay by cheque or postal order. Add items to your shopping bag and, when ready to pay, click to go to the checkout. Follow the instructions and choose to pay by cheque / postal order. Continue and complete the checkout process. When finished, you will receive confirmation including an order number.
Please write the order number on the back of your cheque / postal order or on a piece of paper, together with your name and address. Please make cheques and postal orders payable to NNN Limited and quote the order number as a reference.
Your order will be despatched as soon as we receive payment.
 
How much will delivery cost?
ALL orders shipped within the U.K. are delivered FREE via Royal Mail within 3-5 working days. There is no minimum purchase requirement. If you are in a hurry to receive your goods, there are additional options available for a faster service at an extra cost. Depending on how much you spend, these faster options can also be free as well. Charges are applied to orders for delivery in Europe and other international countries but these can also be offset according to the amount spent. Will people be able to tell if I’ve ordered goods from an adult retailer?
Nice ‘n’ Naughty places the highest priority on protecting your privacy. We guarantee you absolute discretion. All our orders are delivered in plain packaging. There is no external reference to either Nice ‘n’ Naughty or the contents anywhere on the package. To see an example, click here. The name that will appear on your credit or debit card statement is ‘3N Trading’ and there’s no mention of Nice ‘n’ Naughty. If you need to return goods, we will supply you with a Freepost label that’s also addressed to 3N Trading. Will my credit card details be secure?
Our secure payment page is handled by Realex. We do not receive your credit card details, only confirmation that your payment has been authorised. Realex security systems are renowned for their effectiveness. They comply with the most stringent requirements so your card details are completely secure
 
What happens to my personal, contact information?
Nice ‘n’ Naughty collects and uses your personal information to give you superior customer service, to provide you with convenient access to our products and services and to make a wider range available to you. We treat all your personal information as confidential. We comply with The UK Data Protection Act 1998. Nice ‘n’ Naughty will not share, sell or rent your personal contact information to any other company or third party. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you email / post based on your request for information and to contracted service providers such as Royal Mail and couriers for delivery. Can I return goods if I change my mind or if they are faulty?
Don’t worry if you need to return a product because Nice ‘n’ Naughty has a ONE YEAR NO QUIBBLE POLICY. If you change your mind about your purchase for whatever reason, we will refund your money. If you have ordered something by mistake or just changed your mind, you may return it to us FREE for an exchange or refund within ONE YEAR from the date of purchase provided the product is in the same condition as originally supplied. Faulty products or clothing items that do not fit can also be returned free for an exchange or refund within one year from the date of purchase. What’s a wish list?
Wish lists are really useful to do two things. Firstly, a wish list allows you to assemble in one, easily accessible place a group of products that you want to refer back to. For example, if you are looking to buy a product, such as a vibrator, but can't quite make up your mind about which model, you can create a short list of candidates in a wish list and then go back over it to make a choice. The second really useful thing a wish list can do is give your friends and relatives an idea of possible presents so you can make sure you get something you really want. It helps the giver to know as well as it makes his or her life easier.
 
Where is my order confirmation email?
Because of the nature of our company some email providers may automatically block our emails. It is worth checking your spam folder to see if the order emails are there. 
 
Is the price online the same as the store price?
You will find if one of our stores is stocking the same product as our online store there may be some differences; usually no more than £10. The main reasons why we and other online retailers are able to offer lower prices online are the comparatively lower overheads. The fact that we do not have to pay for things such as license fees and shop rentals means we can pass these savings on to you. In the stores we hope you will find helpful and friendly staff and the opportunity to physically browse the range of products which is a bonus in its self by comparison. We also offer special in store promotions and a loyalty card system.
