We endeavour to ship all goods on the day of ordering if orders are received before 3pm (Mon – Fri). You should receive your order within 2-5 working days. Please allow 5 working days before you contact us.
If for any reason the product you have ordered is unavailable we will inform you by e-mail and give an expected delivery time.

Our Secure Payment page is handled by a major international bank. We do not receive your credit card details, only confirmation that your payment has been authorised.

Returns Policy

Returning faulty and unwanted goods.
Conditions of returns:
All returned goods must be unused. Nice n Naughty will not accept used goods due to the nature of the product.
All goods must be in their original packaging.

If the above conditions have not been met or we suspect the goods have been used we reserve the right to return the goods to you without notice. Any goods that are supplied in sealed packaging that have been returned opened are non refundable or exchangeable.
